Ante Tomic extends with FC Barcelona

Ante Tomic (217 cm) has been an important cog in the FC Regal Barcelona (Spain-Liga Endesa) machine over the last few seasons and the team has decided to lock down the Croatian big man for the long haul. Tomic has agreed to terms with the club on a three-year contract extension. Tomic played 28 games for Barca in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague this season and averaged 11.5 ppg and 7.1 rpg. Ante has also played 29 games for them in the domestic Spanish Liga Endesa and there he posted averages of 10.2 ppg and 6.1 rpg.
