Andy Panko link with Guaros de Lara

Andy Panko (203 cm, Lebanon Valley’99) have extended his career by signing for Guaros de Lara in the Venezuela LPB. The 40-year old is an aging veteran, but he showing he can still offer something by signing for the defending LPB champs. So far this season, Andy Panko has played for Fuerza Regia Monterrey in the Mexican LNPB. Through 42 league games he averaged 15.7 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game.

The forward also played eight Liga Americas games and logged numbers of 14.8 points, 4.3 boards, and 3.5 scoring passes. Panko turned pro in 2000 and is hugely experienced. He has played in France, Puerto Rico, and even one game in the NBA. He is best known for spending most his career in the Spanish ACB for several clubs.
