Andrija Stipanovic stays with Trabzonspor

Andrija Stipanovic (209 cm) has signed a two-year contract extension with Trabzonspor Basketbol (Turkey-TBL) this 2015. Andrija has dual citizenship from both Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was a member of the Croatian national team in 2007 and the Bosnian national team in 2013-14. Stipanovic signed with Trabzonspor in November 2013 and has since done well in the Turkish club’s system. This 2014/15 season he averaged 13.8 ppg and 7.7 rpg in the EuroChallenge where his team managed to finish as the runner-up. In 27 games in the domestic Turkish league the big man put together averages of 12.8 ppg and 5.6 rpg.
