Andrew Smith (206 cm, Liberty’15) will continue his professional career in the Netherlands this 2016-17 after landing a deal with Donar Groningen (Netherlands-Eredivisie). The defending Eredivisie champs are getting some solid reinforcements for the upcoming season in Smith, who played his rookie season as a pro in Latvia for Jurmalas Sports/Fenikss (Latvia-LBL). He saw 13 games in Baltic league action for his former team and was able to produce averages of 7.9 ppg and 7.6 rpg.
