British rookie Andrew Lawrence (185 cm, Charleston´13) will begin his professional career in Croatia after inking a deal to play for KK Zadar (A1) this season. Last season the point guard was in action in the NCAA for Charleston during his senior college season where he took part in 32 games and averaged 13.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 1.4 steals per game.

More recently Andrew Lawrence had a pre-draft workout with NBA franchise the Atlanta Hawks before heading off to the NBA Pro Summer League in Las Vegas where he represented the Washington Wizards. He played four games during the league and averaged 5.8 points, 2.5 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.8 steals per game.
