Andrej Stimac now with Lugano Tigers

Croatian big man Andrej Stimac (204 cm) has been playing in the Swiss LNA since 2012, but this season he will be with a new team, the Lugano Tigers after spending three seasons with the Lions de Geneve. In 2014/15 the 36-year-old veteran played 37 games for the Lions de Geneve and recorded averages of 10.7 ppg and 4.2 rpg. He helped his team win the Swiss LNA championship and make Swiss Cup semifinals in 2015. In 2013/14 Stimac logged 29 games for them and was able to post averages of 11.3 ppg and 5.7 rpg. Aside from Switzerland, the player has made stops in Turkey, Poland, and his home Croatia.
