Andre Dawkins released by Torino

Andre Dawkins (196 cm, Duke’14) has amicably parted ways with Auxilium Torino (Italy-Serie A) this 2016 and is now a free agent. The 24-year-old Duke product logged a total of 20 games for Auxilium Torino before his departure. He posted averages of 9.6 ppg and 2.4 rpg.

It was a busy 2014/2015 season for Andre Dawkins Stateside, starting with the Miami Heat. Later the American played for Sioux Force Skyfalls (D-League) and over 33 games he was in good form on his way to 18.3 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game. At the end of the season Andre Dawkins switched to the Maine Red Claws and with the franchise logged 16.1 points, 2.6 boards, and 2.5 scoring passes over seven games
