Amadi McKenzie (201 cm, Tennessee Tech’08) will get a taste of German hoops for the first time in his professional career as he signs with MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg this 2013-14. McKenzie kicked off the season playing in Ukraine’s Superleague for SK Dnipro Dniprodzerzhynsk. He played four games and posted averages of 9.0 ppg and 6.0 rpg. He got injured in December 2013 and was ruled out for the rest of the season. He has fully recovered and will be looking to get his career back on track with his new team. Ludwigsburg currently sits in eighth place in the German BBL standings with a record of 11-10. McKenzie’s addition will hopefully further propel the team above that .500 winning mark.
