Alex Ruoff back to Germany, signs with Bamberg

Alex Ruoff (198 cm, G/F) is back in Germany. There he will join Bamberg and coach Johan Roijakkers. Ruoff has played for coach Roijakkers four seasons in Göttingen. Last season he averaged 10.9 ppg and 5.6 assists in 13 games.

Ruoff started this season in the B2 league in Japan. There he played 20 games for the Storks. Ruoff was unhappy he had to play the PF-position as he averaged 6.2 ppg and 4.4 assists. Ruoff also played in Finland, Spain, and Belgium.

Alex Ruoff played college basketball at West Virginia. He senior year, he collected 15.7 ppg and 3.4 assists.
