Alex Osborne (203 cm, Loyola Mary University’14) will begin his professional career in Germany’s Pro A league, after being added by BV Chemnitz 99. Osborne will get his feet wet with a team playing in a competitive European league. He is slated to add depth to the team’s bench and will be developed slowly as he acclimates to pro hoops. Chemnitz is currently 12th in the Pro A standings with a 4-6 record and is hoping Osborne can make an instant impact. Alex averaged 6.3 ppg and 5.3 rpg in 31 games in his senior year at LMU.
