Alex Acker leaves Limoges

Alex Acker (195 cm, Pepperdine’05) bids adieu to Limoges CSP Elite (France-ProA) as he hit free agency this 2014-15. Acker played a total of 40 games for Limoges this 2013-14 season and averaged 12.1 ppg and 3.1 apg. The guard has played for several French clubs in his career. In 2012-13 he played five games for ASVEL Lyon-Villerbanne Basket and averaged 14.0 ppg and 2.2 apg. He moved there after logging 10 games for Bouzalac Basket Dordogne, another French Pro A team. In those 10 games he produced averages of 14.7 ppg and 3.5 apg.

Before his run with those French teams, Acker started off the 2012-13 season  played for Asseco Prokom Gdynia from Poland’s TBL. Acker played eight games in the TBL and averaged 8.1 ppg and 2.8 rpg. He also played nine games for Asseco Prokom in the Euroleague and averaged 6.3 ppg and 2.7 rpg.
