Al had a productive first game back for Guayama, scoring 21 points and pulling down nine rebounds. Thornton has had several stints with Guayama in his pro career, suiting up for them in 2012, 2014, and 2015. The former NBA forward returns to Guayama after a brief run playing in Venezuela, lending his talents to the Gaiteros de Zulia (Venezuela-LPB).
