Adam Smith from Greece to Poland

Adam Smith (185 cm, G) has signed with Enea Zastal BC Zielona Gora. There he will coach Zan Tabak. Enea Zastal is enjoying the season so far as they are atop the Polish EBL standings with a 26-2 record. They are third in the VTB league with a 13-8 record.

Smith started this season in the A1 in Greece. There he played 14 games for Ionikos and averaged an impressive 16.1 ppg and 4.4 apg in 32.5 minutes per contest. It appears that Enea Zastal paid a substantial sum of money to get Smith out of his running contract in Greece.

Last season Smith also played in Greece as he collected 17.4 ppg in Championsleague play with POAK. The two seasons before that, Smith played in Italy, Turkey, and France.

Adam Smith played college basketball at three different colleges. His last season, he averaged 15 ppg and 1.9 assists for Georgia Tech.
