Aaron Johnson deals with Craiova

Aaron Johnson (173 cm, UAB’11) is a new face on the back court of SCM CSU Craiova (Romania-Liga Nationala) and is set to help the team with their 2015-16 campaign. Johnson spent the 2014-15 season on the roster of the Nilan Bisons Loimaa from Finland’s Korsiliiga. He played in 21 VTB United league games and averaged 9.0 ppg and 6.0 apg. The guard also logged 16 games in the domestic Finnish league and there he recorded averages of 8.7 ppg and 4.9 apg. He parted ways with the team in April 2015.

In 2013/14 Aaron initially played 18 games of the Bakersfield Jam from the NBA D-League and averaged 5.8 ppg and 3.7 apg. In January 2014 he headed to Italy to play for Umana Reyer Venezia. In 10 games he posted averages of 5.1 ppg and 3.6 apg.
