Coach and Players to go on strike

There is trouble brewing in the Trabzonspor Basketbol (Turkey-BSL) organization. As reported in Russian news, Head coach Sergey Bazarevich no longer wants to remain with the club. There is a looming strike by the players of the team and the coach. This comes as a result of the team’s failure to pay back wages going all the way back to two and a half months.

The team is currently out of the playoff hunt, as they are in 12th place in the league standings with a 7-14 record.
