Torey Thomas and Partizan part ways

Torey Thomas (180 cm, Holy Cross’07) has been released by Partizan mt:s (Serbia-A League). Thomas and the club agreed to terminate his contract so Partizan can find a player that better suits their needs. “We needed freshness in the team. I think Tomas is a better player than he had a chance to show in Partizan and whenever I come into a situation that one player is better in other teams but not in mine I ask myself what was wrong within my system. He definitely wasn’t the only problem in this team, there are some other player how didn’t give or show their best in some games,” said Partizan’s coach Duško Vujošević. Thomas played for Spartak Primorie Vladivostock (Russia-PBL) in 2011-12, averaging 15.3ppg, 4.8rpg, 4.5apg in the Russian PBL.
