Cortney Jermain Scott filed a claim against the Romanian Club Sportive Otopeni for outstanding salaries. According to Article 16.2 of the BAT Rules, the Arbitrator issued an award without reasons. Otopeni has to pay Scott € 18.157,91 plus a 5 % interest.
