Quinton Hosley joins Acea Virtus Roma

Quinton Hosley (201 cm, Fresno State’07) is headed back to Italy. He’s been added by Acea Virtus Roma (SerieA) for the 2013-14 season.

Hosley is coming off a stint playing for the 2013 Polish league Champions, Stelmet Zielona Gora (TBL). In 10 Eurocup games he averaged 12.0 ppg and 4.1 rpg. In 42 games in the Polish league Hosley hit averages of 15.4 ppg and 5.6 rpg. His performance for the season was impressive enough to garner him an invite to the Polish League All-Star game in 2013.

He played in Italy in the 2011-12 season for Banco de Sardegna Sassari (SerieA). There he averaged 14.5 ppg and 5.2 rpg in 37 games in the SerieA.
