Quimper officially announced signing of Jean-Felix Moupegnou (201-F-82, college: Alabama) for the next season. The player arrives from the Slovakian squad Spisska Nova Ves, where he finished 2012/13. Moupegnou joined them in February averaging 9.8 points and 6.8 rebounds for 10 Extraliga games. He helped them reach Slovakian Cup Semifinals. Jean-Felix Moupegnou started last season with NM1 team Cognac. There he had 8.2 ppg and 2.8 rpg for 18 games. In 2010/11, the Congolese/French forward played for NM2 team Poligny Jura Basket Comte. A year before that he averaged 7.9 points and 2.7 rebounds in 24 games with Clermont (ProB). Moupegnou graduated at the University of Alabama in 2006. His first season as a pro he spent with NBA D-League team Tulsa 66ers.
