Marcus Slaughter stays with Real Madrid

Marcus Slaughter (204 cm, San Diego State’06) will continue his run with Real Madrid from Spain’s ACB for one more season. The winners of the Spanish ACB Championship have decided to keep some of their winning roster intact for the 2013-14 season. While Slaughter was not an integral cog, but he did what he could off Real Madrid’s bench.

In 2012-13 Slaughter averaged 5.0 ppg and 3.6 rpg in about 18 minutes per game for them in 29 games in the Euroleague. In 44 games in the Spanish ACB he posted averages of 4.0 ppg and 2.9 rpg.
