JR Bremer and Virtus can’t reach deal

JR BremerJR Bremer and Virtus Bologna (Italy-Lega Series A) have been reported to have been in talks to bring Bremer (1.91m, college: St. Bonaventure) to Italy. Sources today have reported that those talks have broken off because the two sides haven’t been able to come to an agreement. Bremer’s career has included seasons with the Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Golden State Warriors in the NBA, as well as nine European squads, the most recent being Olimpia Milano (Spain-Lega Serie A & Euroleague). In 18 Serie A contests in 2011-12 he averaged 8.4 points per game and in 3 Euroleague games he averaged 10.7 points per game.

Some of them can play even when they are 40. Darrel Middleton career is just fresh example.

Bremer is one of the best ever American players in Europe. It’s Virtus who will lose if they don’t sign.
