FIBA rules in favour of Maccabi Tel Aviv in Yogev Ohayon case

According to Israeli media, FIBA ruled in favor of Maccabi Tel Aviv in the dispute between the squad and Yogev Ohayon. FIBA has agreed with Maccabi that it was against the contract they had with Ohayon for him to leave the team for Lokomotiv Kuban without any financial considerations. Ohayon claimed that his agreement had a no buyout clause in it, to which FIBA disagreed.
With the ruling stated, if Ohayon wishes to leave Maccabi for Lokomotiv Kuban a buyout agreement will have to be reached between the two parties.
