Egypt beaten by South Korea, 83-89, at the U17

South Korea recorded the first win at the U17 World Championship. They knocked down Egypt in the final game at the tourney for both teams. South Korea unloaded 26 points in the opening quarter to pull ahead. The Asian team secured a 9-point lead at the first break. South Korea kept in front throughout the second period. They accumulated a 46:35 halftime advantage. Things got even worse for Egypt in the third period. They allowed the Korean team gain a 14-point lead before the fourth quarter and never recovered in the reminder of the contest.
