Dejan Borovnjak signs with Stelmet
Dejan Borovnjak (207 cm) has signed on with Stelmet Ielona Gora (Poland-TBL) for the remainder of the season. Borovnjak started the year with KAO Dramas (Greece-A1), where he contributed 7.7 points per game over three Greece A1 contests. Last season he competed for Enel Brindisi (Italy-Lega2) and averaged 13.8ppg over 38 games in the Italian Lega2. He was with them for this seasons pre-season workouts before moving over to Dramas. Borovnjak has been playing professionally since 2004 and has suited up for numerous clubs around Europe including Partizan (Serbia-1A), Lietuvos Rytas (Lithuania-LKL), Panionois (Greece-A1), Aris Thessaloniki (Greece-A1), and CB Gran Canaria (Spain-ACB). He was also a member of the Serbia & Montenegro U-18 and U-20 National Teams and was been member of the Serbian University National Team that played at the 2007 World University Games.
