Canadian forward Michael Fraser has signed on to play for Soles de Mexicali. He comes to Mexico from DniproAzot in the Ukraine, where he averaged 14.0 points and 8.9 rebounds per game. In 2008 he earned the All-Star Game MVP award in Austria and was a 1st-team All-Ukrainian selection in 2010.
