Brandon Robinson joins BV Chemnitz 99

Brandon Robinson (198 cm, Clayton State’11) is finally making his way to Europe. He will be playing for BV Chemnitz 99 from Germany’s ProA this 2013-14 season. Robinson kicked off his pro career playing in Canada, where he flourished, setting records in the NBL.

He spent the 2012-13 season playing for the Summerside Storm (Canada-NBL), where he averaged 22.8 ppg and 7.0 rpg. In 2013 the Storm was the NBL Canada Regular Season Runner-Up and an NBL Canada Finalist. Robinson, as mentioned set a couple of records while he was with the Storm. He was the first player in the league to tally 1,000 points and also set a single game scoring record with 42 points in January 2013.
