Belgian player Axel Hervelle is getting a two-season extension with Gescrap Bizkaia Basket Bilbao from Spain’s ACB. Hervelle has been with Gescrap BB since 2010.
In the 2012-13 season Hervelle averaged 6.8 ppg and 5.9 rpg for Bilbao in 17 games in the Eurocup. In the Spanish ACB he averaged 7.9 ppg and 4.4 rpg in 36 games. Bilbao was a finalist in the Eurocup in 2013.
In 2011-12 the Belgian averaged 4.8 ppg and 3.6 rpg in 18 games in the Euroleague. In the Spanish league he hit averages of 4.7 ppg and 3.3 apg.
