Andre Young moves to Hoverla

Andre Young (175 cm, Clemson’12) has been signed by Hoverla Ivano-Frankivsk from Ukraine’s Superleague for the 2013-14 season. Young, who is 23 years of age, played his rookie season as a pro for the Eiffel Towers Den Bosch from the Netherlands’ Eredivisie league in 2012-13. He put up some decent numbers, showing how much potential still remains untapped. Young averaged 13.9 ppg and 5.7 apg in 42 games in the Dutch Eredivisie league. It was a busy season for both Young and the club. Den Bosch were the Dutch Eredivisie Regular Season Champions and they also reached the league’s semifinals this 2013. The team were also finalists in the Dutch Cup and the Dutch Supercup.
