Aleksej Nikolic to join Brose Baskets

Brose Baskets Bamberg (Germany-BBL) has agreed to terms with young Slovenian prospect Aleksej Nikolic (190 cm) for the 2015/16 season. The 20-year-old Nikolic was a recent addition to the Slovenian national team in 2014. He spent the last three years playing for OKK Spars Sarajevo from Bosnia’s Division I. In 2014/15 Nikolic played 31 games for his former club and was able to put together averages of 11.5 ppg and 5.0 apg. In 2013/14 he played 22 games and averaged 8.2 ppg and 3.1 apg. He may be young, but has potential to carve out some playing time in the future.
