Rasko Katic now with CAI Zaragoza

CAI Zaragoza from Spain’s Liga Endesa is strengthening its frontcourt this 2014-15 season with the addition of Serbian big man Rasko Katic (208 cm). The 34-year-old Katic has been a member of the Serbian national team since 2013. Rasko was a participant in the 2014 FIBA World Cup and helped his team earn a Silver-medal finish at the event. He played in his home Serbia in 2013-14 for Crvena Zvezda Telekom Beograd (KLS). In 10 Turkish Airlines Euroleague games he averaged 7.6 ppg and 2.8 rpg. Rasko played 17 games for Red Star in the domestic Serbian KLS and there he put together averages of 10.1 ppg and 2.8 rpg.
