Maurice Walker moves to Keravnos

Maurice Walker (208 cm, Minnesota’15) will continue his rookie season as a pro this 2016 with Keravnos Strovolou (Cyprus-Division A). Walker is a 24-year-old Canadian player who began his rookie campaign this 2015-16 playing in Italy for Consultinvest VL Pesaro (Italy-Serie A). Maurice was able to play 13 games for his former club before parting ways with them. He posted averages of of 4.0 ppg and 4.1 rpg during his run with the Italian club.

In his senior year at the University of Minnesota Walker played 33 games and was able to produce averages of 11.8 ppg and 6.7 rpg. He was an All-Big Ten Honorable mention in 2015.
