Patric Young added by Galatasaray

Patric Young (206 cm, Florida’14) will be joining Galatasaray Liv Hospital Istanbul (Turkey-TBL) for the 2014-15 season. The Florida Gator was released last month by the New Orleans Pelicans, after originally signing a two-year deal with the team. Young was unfortunately able to play a game for the NBA franchise. The talented big man has since opted to begin his pro career overseas. In his senior year at Florida Young played 39 games and averaged 11.o ppg and 6.2 rpg. In 2014 he was named to the SEC All-Tournament Team and to the SEC All-Defensive Team.
