Omar Wattad joins Rustavi

Omar Wattad  (195cm, Chattanooga ‘012) has joined Energy Invest Rustavi (Georgia-Superleague) as his first professional team. He finished his NCAA eligibility last season after playing for the University of Tennessee – Chattanooga after playing for the team for four years. He averaged 14.2 points, 3.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game over 32 games his junior year and 12.1 points, 3.8 rebounds, 1.7 assists per game over 30 games. Prior to playing for Chattanooga he suited up for Georgetown for two seasons.
