Obie Trotter to Italy, Latina

Obie Trotter (188 cm, G) is on the move to Italy. There he will join Benacquista Assicurazioni Latina Basket and coach Franco Gramenzi.

Latina is off to a slow start to the A2 season as they are 11th in group B with a 4-12 record.

Trotter started this season in the Polish EBL. There he played 27 games for Torun. Trotter averaged 11.1 ppg and 4.7 apg in just over 30 minutes per contest.

Obie Trotter is a 37-year-old veteran with a Hungarian passport. He has played at high levels such as Italy, Germany, Greece, and France.

He Trotter played college basketball at Alabama A&M where he notched 19.3 ppg and 4.4 assists his senior year.
