Morris Curry joins Steaua CSM

 Morris Curry (181 cm, Providence’10) will be reinforcing the roster of Steaua CSM Eximbank Bucuresti (Romania-Liga Nationala) this 2017. Morris joins them after a brief run with the Sharks Antibes (France-Pro A). He signed with the French club in December 2016 and was able to log nine games for them and post averages of 9.2 ppg and 4.3 apg.

He is no stranger to the top French league, seeing action for Sluc Nancy Basket Pro (France-Pro A) in 2015-16. Curry played seven games for them in the Eurocup and averaged 6.0 ppg and 2.0 apg. He also appeared in four games in the French league and there averaged 9.3 ppg and 3.8 apg. In January Morris moved to BC Kalev/Cramo Tallinn (Estonia-Alexela KML). In 11 VTB United league games, Curry notched averages of 14.1 ppg and 4.9 apg. He also played 14 games in the Estonian league and averaged 10.1 ppg and 3.8 apg.
