Mile Ilic joins Tadamon Zouk

Mile Ilic (215 cm) signed a deal to join Tadamon Zouk (Lebanon-Pepsi LBL). The 32-year-old veteran heads to the Pepsi LBL for the first time after playing with  Nuwaidrat (Bahrain-Premier League) to start the season. His team made it to the Bahrain league championship.

His run with Nuwaidrat comes to an end for this season. Now he moves over to the Pepsi LBL to join a 6-12 Tadamon team which puts the in eighth place in the standings. Ilic will add a new scoring and rebounding element to the team as well as his huge 215 cm frame. The Bosnian big man also brings a veteran presence as this is his 11th year playing professionally. His career started by being picked by the New Jersey Nets in the second round of the 2005 NBA draft. Last season, Ilic was a part of Lietkabelis (Lithuania-LKL). There he averaged 9.1 ppg and 4.0 rpg in just 16.5 mpg.
