Louis Munks begins career with Bystrica

Louis Munks (190 cm, Prairie View A&M’14) takes the leap from college to pro hoops as he signs with SKP Banska Bystrica (Slovakia-Extraliga) this 2014-15. This being his rookie season Munks will have the adventure of playing overseas. Bystrica has climbed up the league ranks through the years and made its first significant jump with a D2 league championship in 2008. Munks was able to produce averages of 9.9 ppg and 3.2 rpg in 33 games during his senior year at Prairie View A&M. He helped propel his team to the SWAC tournament finals this 2014. It was an improvement from his 2012-13 numbers of 7.0 ppg and 4.0 rpg.
