Lamont Mack released by s.Oliver Baskets

Lamont Mack (201 cm, Charlotte’09) is now a free agent after mutually agreeing with German Bundesliga team s.Oliver Baskets Wuerzburg to part ways. Mack played six games for s.Oliver Baskets before departing and averaged just 5.5 ppg and 2.2 rpg.

In 2012-13 he played for Victoria Libertas Pesaro from Italy’s SerieA. The 26-year-old Mack averaged 10.1 ppg and 4.5 rpg in 30 games in the Italian SerieA. In 2011-12 he played for Lukoil Academik Sofia from Bulgaria (NBL). He represented them in eight Eurocup games and averaged 11.8 ppg and 4.9 rpg. In the Bulgarian league he hit averages of 11.7 ppg and 4.6 rpg in 36 games. Lukoil Academik were the Bulgarian League Champions in 2011, 2012, and 2013. They are also recently announced entrants into the VTB United League this upcoming 2013-14 season.
