Johnny Mayhane leaves Island Storm

Johnny Mayhane (195 cm, Tulane’12) is out on the market after parting ways with The Island Storm (Canada, NBL). The American player has already hit the hardwood in five games for the Storm this season, but struggled to make an impact with averages of 6.2 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game. The swingman was also in the Canadian NBL last season playing for the Moncton Miracles over 42 games and picking up numbers of 20.9 points per game, the fourth best in the league. He added to those figures with 3.7 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. Johnny Mayhane is two years out of Tulane and has also played in the ABL and PBL in his native US.
