Joe Alexander to South Korea, KCC Egis

Joe Alexander (203 cm, F/C) has signed with Egis in the Korean KBL. Egis is atop of the standings with a 33-15 record.

Alexander, who also holds an Israeli passport, started this season in the Israeli Winner League. There he played 14 games for Nahariya. He averaged 12.5 ppg and 5 rpg in almost 29 minutes per contest but left the team earlier this month.

Last season Joe Alexander also played in Israel as he collected 8.6 ppg and 4.4 rebounds for Holon. Alexander is 34 years old and very experienced. He played in leagues such as the French ProA, the Italian SerieA, and the VTB. Alexander also played 66 NBA games earlier in his career.

Joe Alexander played college basketball at West Virginia where he averaged 16.9 ppg and 6.4 rebounds his last year.
