Draelon Burns back to Okinawa

Draelon Burns (194 cm, De Paul’08) is back at Ryukyu Golden Kings Okinawa (Japan-BJ League) after extending his contract with the franchise. The guard represented the team during the 2013/2014 season and impressed with averages of 17.5 points, 5.6 boards, and 3.3 assists per game from his 46 appearances through the season. The American has been in the Japan BJ League since the 2011/2012 season when he joined Yokohama B-Corsairs, going onto represent the club the following season.

During the 2012/2013 term with Yokohama, Draelon Burns played 51 games and has averages of 21.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, and 4.6 dimes per game. The 29-year old has previous experience in Germany, Israel, and Iceland.
