Belgian Port of Antwerp Giants (Scooore League) has signed DeAndre Kane (193 cm, Iowa State’ 14) for the rest of the 2014/2015 season. The American player recently parted ways with Russian outfit Krasny Oktyabr (EuroCup, VTB league). His stint at the club did not last long as he only played in three EuroCup games and in the same number of games in VTB League. DeAndre Kane averaged 7.3 ppg and 1.7 rpg in EuroCup and notched 11.0 points and 3.3 rebounds in VTB league. During his senior year at Iowa State DeAndre Kane posted averages of 17.1 ppg and 6.8 rpg in 36 games. Despite impressive NBA workouts and a solid college career, Kane went undrafted in 2014. In July 2014, he joined the Los Angeles Lakers for the 2014 NBA Summer League.
