Fujian Quanzhou Bank (China-CBA) did not waste any time to find a replacement for Al Harrington, who recently departed the team. They have picked up D.J. White (206 cm, Indiana’08), who was recently released by Laboral Kutxa Vitoria (Spain-Liga Endesa). He played two games for them in the Euroleague and averaged 1.0 ppg and 2.0 rpg. White played two games in the Spanish league and there he averaged 10.0 ppg and 2.0 rpg.

In 2013-14 he played the pre-season with the Brooklyn Nets, then later signed with the Chicago Bulls. He was released by the Bulls in October 2013 and a month later the forward opted to head to China, signing with the Sichuan Blue Whales. In 27 games with the Whales D.J. was able to average 20.2 ppg and 8.5 rpg. In March 2014 he headed back stateside to join the Charlotte Bobcats, where he logged just thee games and averaged zero points and 1.3 rpg.
