Chuck Eidson stays with Unics until 2015

American forward Chuck Eidson (203 cm, South Carolina’03) has extended his contract with Russian PBL team Unics Kazan and will now be with the club until 2015. The 32-year old joined Unics last season from FC Regal Barcelona (Spain, ACB) and has impressed sufficiently over multiple competitions to be rewarded with a new contract.

Indeed, it was a busy season for Chuck Eidson during 2012/2013 as the player participated in three different leagues. The forward featured 14 times in the Eurocup where he managed to collect averages of 16.5ppg, 4.6rpg, and 3.6apg. It was a similar story in the Russian PBL where Eidson averaged 12.9ppg, 4.1rpg, 4.3apg again from 14 games.

The American was also present for 18 games in the VTB United League where he averaged 12.3ppg, 5.0rpg, and 3.5apg.
