Brandon Hunter lands in Israel with Hapoel Gilboa Galil

Brandon Hunter (2.01m, college: Ohio) has signed to play with Hapoel Giboa Galil (Israel-Winner League) for the upcoming season. As of last week, Hunter was thought to have signed in Uruguay with Club Atletico Aguada, but reports coming out of Israel say he signed last week and has been in the country for workouts.
Hunter has two years experience in the NBA (Celtics in 03-04 and Magic in 04-05) as well as a variety of European squads: Panathinaikos BC (2006), Carpisa Napoli (2006), TDShop.it Livorno (2006–2007), Angelico Biella (2007–2008), Premiata Montegranaro (2008–2009), Hapoel Jerusalem B.C. (2009–2010), BK Ventspils (2010–2011).
