Bradley Buckman signs with Quakenbrueck

Artland Dragons Quakenbrueck (Bundesliga, Germany) has signed American Bradley Buckman (203 cm, Texas’06) from Sevilla (ACB, Spain) to replace former forward Ryan Gomes who has departed the team. Buckman will join a Quakenbruek team with a 10-9 record in the BBL with a play-offs berth still a possibility from their current 7th in the standings.

Bradley Buckman joined Sevilla at the start of the 2012-13 season, but his contract was waived in December 2012. In the 2011-12 season, Buckman was playing for Tofas Bursa (TBL, Turkey) where he posted averages of 13.7ppg and 7.6rpg over 31 games. It will be the player’s second stint in Germany, after he played six games for Frankfurt in the Bundesliga and the Eurocup during 2010-11 (8.3ppg, 3.3rpg).
