Botafogo back in Basketball

Botafogo is known around the globe for its swinging football team, but has now moved (back) into basketball. It already had a professional basketball team in the past but had to withdraw in 2001 due to financial problems. Now Botafogo F.R Rio de Janeiro is back in business with a mix of young players and experienced veterans under the guidance of coach Marcus Hygino.
