Andrew James Ogilvy signs with Sydney

Andrew James Ogilvy (211 cm, Vanderbilt’10) is returning to his native Australia after penning a deal with the Sydney Kings (NBL). The 24-year old center has been playing this season with Brose Baskets Bamberg in the German BBL where he managed to play 15 Euroleague games and 5 BBL games. Unfortunately minutes on the court were hard to come by for Ogilvy so he only averaged 3.9ppg and 1.7rpg in the Euroleague and 13.0ppg and 4.2rpg in the BBL.

Andrew James Ogilvy will be playing in Australia for the first time as a pro. After leaving college in 2010 the Australian/Irishman has played with Besiktas (Turkey) and Valencia (Spain) as well as with Bamberg.
