AJ Slaughter to move to Chalon

AJ Slaughter (191 cm, Western Kentucky’10) is moving to ES Chalon-Sur-Saone from France’s ProA. The 25-year-old received several offers, but in the end decided to accept Chalon’s.

Slaughter played the 2012-13 season for Cholet Basket, also from France’s ProA. He played 28 games in French ProA and averaged 13.5 ppg and 3.9 apg. In the Eurocup he posted averages of 7.7 ppg and 2.8 apg.

In 2011-12 he played for Belfius Mons-Hainaut from Belgium (Ethias League). He averaged 11.6 ppg and 2.9 apg in the Belgian league and 13.0 ppg and 2.3 apg in eight Eurocup games.
