Adam Hess joins Ratiopharm Ulm

Adam Hess (201 cm, William and Mary’04) will be joining Ratiopharm Ulm from Germany’s BBL next season. Hess, an American who obtained German citizenship in 2012, is coming off a season playing from another team in the BBL – Phoenix Hagen.

In 2012-13 he averaged 11.3 ppg and 4.9 rpg in 37 games for Phoenix Hagen. In 2011-12 he played for the Artland Dragons, also from Germany’s BBL. There he put up averages of 6.2 ppg and 1.9 rpg in 39 games in the German League. In the EuroChallenge he posted 10.2 ppg and 2.9 rpg through 11 games.
